“Panda Hunt” interactive game on TV Wall
Interact with TV Wall and answer questions via the S⁺ REWARDS mobile app at specific time for the chance to win panda-themed souvenirs, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong dining vouchers and mall coupons.
Date: 1 October, 2024 onwards
Time: 12nn, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm (Game times will be adjusted according to the mall activities. Check the S⁺ REWARDS app for details.)
Venue: Atrium, G/F, One North

Terms & conditions for “Finding Pandas” Interactive Game:
1. The activity is for S⁺ REWARDS members only.
2. Members must watch the video shown on the malls’ TV screens at designated times, and answer the question on the app game page for a chance to win prizes! Rewards are limited and available based on submitting the correct answer while stock lasts.
3. Each member is limited to participating in only one mall’s mission during each session. Each mission allows for 5 attempts to complete. If the correct answer is not provided by the 5th attempt, the mission will immediately end.
4. Participating malls include tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk and One North, while the designated times during the event period are daily at 12nn, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm (One North ends at 6pm). However, the schedule for each mall may be adjusted or cancelled without prior notice.
5. The system clock of the malls’ TV screens and the app shall prevail.
6. Each member can participate in the mission during each time slot; however across all participating malls, a maximum of 2 rewards can be won per week (from Monday to Sunday constitutes one week).
7. All rewards must be collected or used at designated location in the chosen mall where the mission was completed or other specified location on or before the expiry date; otherwise the rewards will be invalid.
8. Selected rewards from each participating mall will be randomly distributed to ‘My Wallet’ or ‘My Rewards’ within the app. Members cannot choose the rewards.
9. Installation, exchange, refund, aftersales and warranty services are not included. Once rewards are distributed, no cancellation, sale, alteration, return, exchange for cash will be made.
10. All rewards are subject to terms & conditions, please refer to the reward details on ‘My Wallet’ or ‘My Rewards’ section.
11. Any rewards lost due to deletion of an app account or change of mobile phone number shall not be returned or compensated.
12. Participating malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged rewards, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of the participating malls.
13. By participating in this activity, members accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any fraud or cheating by members, such members will be disqualified. Participating malls reserve all rights against the members and shall have the right to withdraw any rewards.
15. Activity content is subject to change without prior notice.
16. In case of any disputes, participating malls reserve the right of final decision.
