Terms and Conditions:

1. Daily quota applies on rewards while stock lasts, and the redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice.
2. Each set of the valid receipts can redeem only maximum 2 pcs of prize no matter how much the spending amount over HK$300.
3. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. The staff has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption and these receipts are not eligible for other offers or redemptions (including other gift redemption, promotional offers and others).
4. To be eligible for redemption, all electronic payment slips must be supported by the corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ debit card(s), showing same name of the customer. The staff reserves the right to request customers to present their proof of identity for verification.
5. Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, Gold Saving Club payment and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion.
6. All receipts for the redemption must be complete original computer-printed receipt(s) without any damage issued by relevant merchant(s) on same day of the registration. Each receipt must clearly show the name of merchant(s) and the date of issue. The following receipt(s) are not acceptable for this promotion, cash, handwritten, photocopied, casual leasing, bank, estate agent, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, value added card, parking, mobile data and telephone etc.), receipts from purchase of tickets, and purchase or consumption paid by cash coupon(s)/gift voucher(s)/cake shop coupon(s), and any re-printed computer-printed receipts.
7. Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S ⁺ REWARDS Point registration.
8. NO alteration to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered.
9. For receipt(s) of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any point(s) and discount(s) from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card.
10. Staff of One North shall have the right to take electronic copy of each receipt and electronic payment slip for redemption or participation in promotion activity and keep them for audit purpose.
11. All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable.
12. Rewards will NOT be re-issued in case of loss, damage or expiry.
13. No warranty of whatsoever kind (whether express, implied or statutory) for the reward gifts provided by the supplier/merchants has been or will be given by the shopping mall who shall also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the gift in any way (including but not limited to their quality, function, enjoyment, after-sales or repair service, use or any other aspect). Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating thereto should be directed/referred to the relevant merchant(s).
14. All receipt(s) for registration must be verified and validated by staff of One North who has absolute right to reject any receipt if the authenticity of the receipt is in doubt.
15. One North reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the promotion/redemption, and/or change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
16. In case of any dispute in relation to or in connection with the promotion, redemption, terms and conditions or any incidental matters, promotion organizer and One North reserve right for final and conclusive decisions.

Terms & conditions for “Finding Pandas” Interactive Game:
1. The activity is for S⁺ REWARDS members only.
2. Members must watch the video shown on the malls’ TV screens at designated times, and answer the question on the app game page for a chance to win prizes! Rewards are limited and available based on submitting the correct answer while stock lasts.
3. Each member is limited to participating in only one mall’s mission during each session. Each mission allows for 5 attempts to complete. If the correct answer is not provided by the 5th attempt, the mission will immediately end.
4. Participating malls include tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk and One North, while the designated times during the event period are daily at 12nn, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm (One North ends at 6pm). However, the schedule for each mall may be adjusted or cancelled without prior notice.
5. The system clock of the malls’ TV screens and the app shall prevail.
6. Each member can participate in the mission during each time slot; however across all participating malls, a maximum of 2 rewards can be won per week (from Monday to Sunday constitutes one week).
7. All rewards must be collected or used at designated location in the chosen mall where the mission was completed or other specified location on or before the expiry date; otherwise the rewards will be invalid.
8. Selected rewards from each participating mall will be randomly distributed to ‘My Wallet’ or ‘My Rewards’ within the app. Members cannot choose the rewards.
9. Installation, exchange, refund, aftersales and warranty services are not included. Once rewards are distributed, no cancellation, sale, alteration, return, exchange for cash will be made.
10. All rewards are subject to terms & conditions, please refer to the reward details on ‘My Wallet’ or ‘My Rewards’ section.
11. Any rewards lost due to deletion of an app account or change of mobile phone number shall not be returned or compensated.
12. Participating malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged rewards, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of the participating malls.
13. By participating in this activity, members accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any fraud or cheating by members, such members will be disqualified. Participating malls reserve all rights against the members and shall have the right to withdraw any rewards.
15. Activity content is subject to change without prior notice.
16. In case of any disputes, participating malls reserve the right of final decision.

Terms & conditions for 10.1 Spending Rewards
1. Customer must download S⁺ REWARDS App and register as member to receive any rewards. Each member may redeem each tier for once per day.
2. There is a daily quota of “HK$100 S Coupon upon HK$750 spending” and also a quota for “Hong Kong Ocean Park Ticket upon HK$10000 spending” and “The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Accommodation Experience upon HK$50000 spending”. All quotas are available on a first-come-first-served basis at each participating mall. The redemption activity will be terminated immediately without prior notice when it is out of stock.
3. Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, PayMe, Union Pay QuickPass, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. The following receipts are not acceptable for this promotion: payment in cash, vouchers, online or other methods, purchase or value-adding or consumption of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards, purchase of tickets, deposits for the gold saving club, handwritten/photocopied/reprinted, issued by casual leasing activities/banks/estate agents/clinics, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, parking tuition, telephone etc). Both eligible same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips shall be presented upon redemption.
4. The HK$100 S Coupons given away upon HK$750 spending are valid for use until 31 October 2024 at designated merchants upon spending HK$200. Expired S Coupon will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
5. The Hong Kong Ocean Park Tickets and the two-day, one-night stay “Fufu Panda Adventure” at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong each is subject to their respective terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions on the tickets or redemption letter. Reservations and usage must be made within the validity period, as they will be voided after expiration, and no re-issuance or handling will be entertained.
6. Members may register a maximum of HK$10,000 spending per day for earning Points. Members shall arrange the sequence of registering the receipts at their discretion if they have more than one eligible receipt on the same transaction day. No alternation or adjustment will be made after registration.
7. Gift redemption can only be done by presenting the spending receipt issued by merchants within the same shopping mall on the same day. For example, to redeem a reward at Olympian City, you must present an electronic spending receipt from Olympian City on the same day, with the designated electronic spending amount.
8. S Coupon is subject to terms & conditions. Please refer to S⁺ REWARDS app for details and the list of designated merchants which is subject to change without prior notice.
9. Participants must present their own original same-day machine-printed receipts issued by merchants from designated Sino Malls and corresponding electronic payment slips or transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App and corresponding credit card, EPS card, debit card or Octopus card to join this promotion. The amount stated on the machine-printed receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip must be the same while payment splitting is not acceptable. For receipt of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any points and discounts from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card.
10. Staff of the participating malls have the right to make any marks on all receipts and electronic payment slips used for any redemption and these receipts or payment slips are not eligible for other offers or redemptions, except for S⁺ REWARDS Point registration and free parking redemption.
11. No alteration is allowed once receipts are registered.
12. All receipts presented for the redemption must be complete and original, machine-printed receipts without any damage, issued by relevant merchants on the same day of the registration.
13. All receipts presented for the redemption must be verified and validated by staff of the participating malls who reserve the right to reject any receipt if the authenticity of the receipt is in doubt.
14. Staff of participating malls have the right to take an electronic copy of each receipt and electronic payment slip presented for the redemption and keep them for audit purposes.
15. Receipts registered for redemption shall not be eligible for refund from the merchants.
16. Once rewards are distributed, no cancellation, sale, alteration, return, exchange for cash will be made.
17. Any rewards lost due to deletion of an app account or change of mobile phone number shall not be returned or compensated.
18. Sino Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged rewards, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of Sino Malls.
19. Sino Malls reserve the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the promotion/redemption, and/or change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
20. In case of any disputes, the decision of Sino Malls shall be final and conclusive.
