Spooky Costume Contest
This Halloween, One North invites you to adorn yourself in your most imaginative attire and capture memorable moments amidst our themed balloon decorations. Participate online in ‘Spooky Costume Contest” for a chance to win exciting prizes.
The competition is divided into individual and group categories, with three entries from each category chosen for their “Most Whimsical Costume.” Each winner will receive a total of HK$500 S Coupon (five S Coupon valued at HK$100 each), redeemable at One North with no minimum spend required (six prizes in total).
Registration Period: From October 25, 2024, at 10:00am until October 31, 2024, at 11:59pm
How to Enter:
- Follow One North on Instagram @onenorth.hk.
- Share a photo of your Halloween costume taken at One North on your personal Instagram, tagging @onenorth.hk and using the hashtag #OneNorthSpookyCostumeContest in your post.
- Send a screenshot of your post via direct message to @onenorth.hk.

- The “Spooky Costume Contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by One North (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
- The submission period for entries runs from October 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM until October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any delays, losses, errors, or illegibility arising from technical issues related to computers, networks, or other factors.
- Participants must follow One North’s Instagram account @onenorth.hk and share their Halloween costume photos taken at One North on their personal Instagram before the submission deadline. Participants must tag the user “onenorth.hk” and use the hashtag #OneNorthSpookyCostumeContest. Additionally, a screenshot of the contest post must be sent via direct message to @onenorth.hk; otherwise, the participant will be ineligible for prizes.
- All photo entries must be taken at One North.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Parents may submit entries on behalf of children under 18.
- The Contest allow two categories of entries: (1) Individual and (2) Group. Each Instagram account may only enter the Contest once. If a participant enters both categories, they may win a maximum of one prize.
- There will be 3 winners for each category.
- Winner will be chosen based on the criteria of “Most Spooky Costume.”
- Winners will receive S Coupon totaling HK$500 (five S Coupon worth HK$100 each); these vouchers can be redeemed at One North with no minimum spending requirement.
- Winners must first become S⁺ REWARDS members to claim their prizes.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products.
- The use of prizes is subject to terms and conditions; further details are available on the prize vouchers.
- Employees of the Sino Group and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this Contest to ensure fairness.
- The winners’ list will be announced by November 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM HKT. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram by November 8, 2024, at 11:59 PM HKT. Failure to respond within five days will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.
- By participating in this Contest, entrants grant the Organizer exclusive, irrevocable rights on a worldwide basis to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from their entries (including attribution of the creator’s name). This includes, but is not limited to, public voting on contest entries, publication of selected works, and display in the Organizer’s print and digital publications. The inclusion of works on the Organizer’s platforms does not imply any award. The Organizer will not be required to pay additional compensation or seek further consent for such use. Entrants also grant the Organizer unrestricted rights to use any text descriptions related to the Contest and images of the participants, with the option to refrain from exercising this right. The Organizer will not be required to pay additional compensation or seek further consent for such usage.
- All entries must be the original work of the participants. By entering, participants warrant that their submissions are original and do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights of others, and that no third party has any rights or claims related to the submitted work, nor does the work violate any laws.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entries and to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the official rules or interferes with the Contest through improper means. Failure by the Organizer to enforce this right at any stage of the Contest does not constitute a waiver of this right.
- Winners must ensure that all provided information is true and accurate. If any information is found to be false or incorrect, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the winner’s eligibility. If a winner cannot receive their notification or prize due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, the prize will not be reissued.
- All images are for reference only.
- If the Contest cannot proceed as planned due to factors beyond the Organizer’s control—including computer viruses, software errors, server intrusion, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason—the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Contest without prior notice and without any form of compensation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable to any individuals or parties for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in this Contest or related matters, whether foreseeable or not.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Contest without prior notice.
- In the event of any disputes, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the activities outlined above, all individuals agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
